Wall Sawing

Wall Sawing Contractor in Louisville, Kentucky

Wall sawing is used on vertical surfaces when openings are required for doorways, windows or HVAC units. The wall saw is mounted on a vertical track. The saw runs on hydraulic or electric power and are also know as concrete track saws.

Typical sawing depths can be reached up to 30″ thick on either side of the wall, giving you the ability to reach depths of 60″ when saw cuts are made on both sides of the wall.

Typical Applications Include:

  • Straight openings in walls, ceilings, and floors

  • Cutting bevels used for chamfering

  • Cutting flush edges

For instances when a track saw cannot be used, a chain ring saw (or hand saw) is used.
